How to check stock in Unleashed. This is useful if you want to see what branch a specific product is at, or if a specific product is in stock.

View Products

There are two ways that you can navigate to the view products page.

The first way is through the Quick Actions menu at the top left of the page. click on the box to open up the menu. Select View Products from the options.

The second way is through the navigation panel at the left hand side of the page. select Inventory and then Products, and then select View Products.

Both of these options will take you to the View Products page.

View Product Page

On the view products page you can filter by:

Product:

Here you can search by the products name to bring up the product you are looking for.

Product Group:

Here you are able to search by the product group. E.g. 4x4 Division, Forestry, and PCR.

Product Brand:

Here you are able to search by the brand of product that you are looking for.

Supplier:

Here you are able to search by the supplier of your product.

Supplier Product:

Here you can search by the name that a specific supplier has set for a product.

Bin Location:

Here you are able to define the product by bin location. This is useful if you want to find where a tube is located.

Barcode:

Here you are able to search by the products barcode.

Obsolete:

Here you are able to define the products by determining if it is obsolete or not.

Sellable:

Here you are able to filter products by if they are able to be sold to customers or not.

Purchasable:

Here you are able to filter products by if they are able to be purchased from the supplier or not

Open Product

Click the Product Code or Product Description to open the product.

Inventory Tab

Click on the 'Inventory' tab.

Look under your branch and 'Available Quantity', to see how much stock you have currently at your branch, that is available to sell.

Don't get confused by the 'Stock on Hand' number as it can sometime be different. For example if a car was currently getting two tyres fitted but the job card hadn't been completed, stock on hand might say four when there is only two available to sell.
