Place the plywood piece on top of the drawer side, line it up flush with the edges, then drill through the ply into the drawer side.
Next, place the plywood piece on top of the drawer side, line it up flush with the edges, and drill through the ply into the drawer side.
Now fit the ply to the front of the drawer and drill it.
With the ply fitted, lift the false floor into the van, tilting it as you go so it clears the vehicle without scratching or damaging it. Set it down carefully in its final position.
Now fit the front false floor section, making sure it's aligned and sits securely.
With the front section in place, position the alloy bar against the underside of the main false floor. Secure it with clamps and check that it's held firmly.
Now fit the side floor against the main floor, clamp them tight, and fit the alloy bar underneath to hold them together.
Once the main false floor is in position, fit the side floor in next to it as shown. Check that it sits flush against the main floor.
With both floor sections in place, screw the false floor to the drawer sides to secure it.
With the false floor secured, fit the 50x50 alloy bar to the front of the van.
Next, fit the J-bar to the rear of the false floor..
Fit the J-bar to each van door side.
