Fit the plywood piece to the top of the drawer side.
Fit the plywood piece to the top of the drawer side.
Fit the plywood piece to the top of the drawer side.
Lift the false floor into the van at an angle to avoid scratching or damaging the vehicle. Position the false floor carefully in the required location.
Fit the separate front false floor into position, ensuring it is correctly aligned and seated securely.
Attach the alloy bar to the underside of the main false floor using clamps.
Fit the side false floor (covering the passenger door side) against the main false floor, then clamp the two sides together to pull them tight. Secure the assembly by fitting the alloy bar underneath, holding both floors together.
Once the main false floor is in, then fit the side floor in as shown.
Secure the false floor to the drawer sides by screwing them on.
Fit the 50x50 alloy bar to the front of the van.
Fit the J-bar to the rear of the false floor.
Fit the J-bar to each van door side.
