If the drawer faceplate does not have rivets down either side (only top and underneath the handle) drill them out using a 4.9mm drill bit - skip to step 6

<p>If you are unable to access the rivets on the faceplate, follow the steps below: </p><p></p><p>Mark 40mm and 90mm from the LHS of the faceplate.</p>

<p>Mark 35mm and 130mm from the top of the faceplate. </p>

<p>Angle grind this rectangle out of the faceplate.</p>

<p>Repeat steps 1-3 on the RHS of the faceplate.</p>

<p>Disconnect the locking rods on both sides of the drawer handle.</p>

<p>Remove the 2 x M8 hex bolts from each side of the faceplate/extrusion using a 13mm socket.</p>

<p>The faceplate still has inaccessible clamping bolts holding it to the plywood, but can now be removed by pulling with a bit of force.</p>
