This is the process of packing the packaged noodles into cartons.

Step 1 of 10

The operator checks the packing schedule with the Team Leader or Leading Hand.

Then verifies the label and batch number on the packaged noodles on the pallet in the blast chiller and moves the pallet to the noodle packaging area.

Note: When operating the electric pallet jack, check for people and objects around you.

Step 2 of 10

 The operator turns on the main power switch of 1424 the carton sealer and presses the green button on the machine to start the belt.

The operator removes the label from the pallet that has come out of the chiller and either hands it to the M3 operator (Team Leader or Leading Hand) or places it in the designated area.

The M3 operator then checks the label and enters the information into the appropriate MO in the M3 system.

Note: For entering packing information into the M3 system, please consult the M3 operator, Team Leader, or Leading Hand.

Before starting noodle packing, the operator must check with the QC operator to ensure that the Batch & BBD printed on the product packaging match the Batch & BBD on the label.

After confirming accuracy, they record the information on the Production Batch Number and BBD Cross-Check Form.

 The operator places the packaged noodles into the appropriate carton according to the product type, ensuring the specified quantity is added. The carton is then passed through the taping machine for sealing.

  • 1 kg product: 12 inners per carton

  • 500 g product: 20 inners per carton

<p>&nbsp;The correct carton must be used depending on whether the noodles are chilled or frozen. </p><p>&nbsp;As shown in the marked areas in the photo, chilled noodles use the carton labeled<strong> No. 1</strong>, while frozen noodles use the carton labeled <strong>No. 2</strong>.</p>

 The operator stacks the sealed cartons onto the pallet, ensuring the side with the label is facing outward.

Layers 1 to 3 are stacked in the same direction, while layers 4 to 6 are stacked in the opposite direction to the layer below.

<p>&nbsp;When placing cartons on the pallet, arrange 12 cartons on the first layer, positioning them in groups of three in the same direction, as shown in the photo.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The total number of cartons per pallet varies depending on the product. Please refer to the following:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>135071 / 135072 / 132101 / 132102 / 131000 / 131001 →<strong> 72</strong> cartons per pallet</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>132100 / 135166 / 135167 / 135321 / 135328 →<strong> 60</strong> cartons per pallet</p>

Once all cartons have been stacked on the pallet according to the product, wrap the pallet with stretch wrap as shown in the video

 After wrapping is completed, request a pallet label from the M3 operator.

Attach the label to the wrapped pallet, then use an electric pallet jack to place the pallet in the warehouse chiller.

Note:

1.Once the pallet has been moved to the warehouse, the warehouse team will check the information on the pallet label, scan it, and enter the details into the system.
