Undo bolt and two hose clamps

Using pliers remove ear clamp, remove loose bolt from bracket then pull main fuel line from tank. Then remove breather line.

Insert brand new clean rag to temporarily plug fuel tank to avoid any contaminants entering the tank. This will be removed come installation time.

Fuel neck now separated from tank. Loosen o ring and remove rubber hose from steel neck. Place rubber hose on workbench.

Using supplied template, mark 2 x cut lines with permanent marker.

Being careful, use a sharp knife to cut marked rubber hose into 3 sections. Set aside for installation.

Using supplied template mark a cut line on the steel fuel neck using a permanent marker.

Using a 5”grinder and a thin cut of wheel cut brackets off main part of steel fuel line.

Cut steel fuel line on marked line from step 6 using a 5” grinder and a steel cut off wheel.

Using a 5” grinder and a flap disc deburr the cut edge and the breather neck from any sharp edges.

Using a half round hand file deburr the inside of the cut edge to completely remove any filings or loose pieces of metal. Important that all are removed to avoid contamination of fuel.

Using Iso Propyl Alcohol spray inside fuel line and breather then blow out with compressed air throughly. This step removes all contaminants from inside of the fuel lines.

Using a bench vice bend the fuel neck to the angle required to allow the tank breather line to be routed nicely. Be careful not to overbend and collapse the tube. Once complete, place aside for installation of new fuel line.

Bolt the factory land cruiser filler into infill panel using the 2 supplied m6x16 S/S bolts, ensure the orientation matches the video.

Tighten up 2x m6 bolts that hold factory fuel filler.

Lay out all the parts to assemble fuel filler, ensure you have 6x hose clamps, 2x stainless bends & 3x rubber joiners.

Join inner & outer stainless bends together using 1 of the 3 rubber joiners, ensure the shorter leg of the outer bend is joined to the inner bend.

Install second rubber joiner onto factory fuel tank & slip 2x hose clamps onto it. Ensure you remove the rag that was covering factory fuselage filler.

Insert the inner bend of M2 stainless filler setup into rubber joiner at fuel tank end.

Ensure you have all the hose clamps on fuel filler. Slip the 3rd rubber joiner onto the other end of M2 stainless fuel filler & then slip it back onto factory land cruiser fuel filler so it sits half & half on each tube.

Tighten all 6 hose clamps, ensure joiners are all half & half on tubes & hose clamps are solidly on tube.

Slip the 2x factory hose clamps back onto each end of the factory breather.

Check the 2x S/S bolts holding the factory fuel filler are tight & re install the fuel cap.
