Place reusable-wrapped pallets in racking with the front straps facing out, otherwise you won't be able to pick stock later.

PICKING CARTONS (1) Remove upper straps and unload cases as per normal. (2) Resecure straps to the 2nd ring when tension required. (3) Return straps flat against the velcro on the left if you're leaving them untensioned.

REMOVE: (1) Bring pallets down to ground level before removing wraps. (2) Undo base & front straps, closing them against their velcro housing.

ROLLING PALLET WRAPS (1) Move wrap to a clear space. Lay it flat with straps facing down. (2) Fold the wrap in a z-shape, leaving some space at the end. (3) Roll towards the end, fold all loose straps in and close the 2 velcro end tabs.

FASTER ROLLING METHOD: If the wrap is still on the load (ie boxes haven't been unloaded), fold it twice before removing it, laying it on the ground and rolling.

ROLLING KEG WRAPS: (1) Lay wrap with the logo facing down. (2) Pull the webbing through the ratchet so it lies flat/uniform against the canvas. (3) Fold into a z-shape towards the ratchet.

ROLLING KEG WRAPS: (4) Roll from the side opposite the ratchet, tucking the base straps into the roll. (5) Secure by closing the ratchet and wrapping the webbing around the roll until it meets the velcro.

Place rolled wraps in the cabinet.

Only transfer/send reusable-wrapped pallets to Paramount NSW, Motus NSW/QLD, Liquex, ALM Fyshwick or Capital Liquor & Bev. The wrap must be removed and the pallet re-wrapped in plastic if going elsewhere.
