Step 2 of 7

Undo the hose clamp holding the smaller hose to the breather and remove the fuel filler from the vehicle.

Undo the last hose clamp and turn the hose around, like so. Fasten hose clamp back up.

3
Step 3 of 7

Cut the brackets off using a grinder.

Clean the cuts up and coat with black zinc.

4
Step 4 of 7

Place the breather in the vice and maneuver the fuel filler until it becomes a similar shape as shown above.

Place the fuel filler back onto the vehicle.

5
Step 5 of 7

Place the larger hose back on to the fuel tank and fasten the hose clamp.

Fasten the fuel filler mount to the tray using x2 SS M8x20 button heads with a spring and flat washer. Sit the furl filler in place to see where the breather sits.

6
Step 6 of 7

Place the breather and smaller hose back on. Place the hose clamp back on.

With the excess hose you just cut off, cut it in half from end to end and wrap it around the breather where it fouls with the chassis mount to prevent chaffing.

Cable tie to secure in place.

7
Step 7 of 7

Fasten the fuel filler bracket underneath the fuel filler using x2 M5 X 16 stainless bolts and Nyloc nuts

Make sure that no hoses are kinked and all bolts and hose clamps are tight.

Your fuel filler modification is now complete.
