<p>Should a suspect leak be identified for a Trailcore Body, the following points need to be inspected and verified for leakage:</p><ul><li style="">Body Roof seals x 4, Extrusion Welds, Rivets<b>&nbsp;</b></li><li>Front wall Rivets &amp; Air Vent</li><li>Handle corners/welds are in place</li><li>Rear-door seal is secure and intact&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br><br></p>

Should a suspect leak be identified for a Trailcore Body, the following points need to be inspected and verified for leakage:

  • Body Roof seals x 4, Extrusion Welds, Rivets 
  • Front wall Rivets & Air Vent
  • Handle corners/welds are in place
  • Rear-door seal is secure and intact

Should a suspect leak be identified for a Trailcore Toolbox or Canopy, the following points need to be inspected and verified for leakage:

  • Body Roof seals x 4, Extrusion Welds, Rivets 

  • Front wall Rivets & Air Vent

  • Handle corners/welds are in place

  • Rear-door seal is secure and intact

Inspecting Roof Seals

Check all sealed roof joins for pin holes, cracking or joint separation 

Remove or reseal as needed

Step 4 of 8

Inspecting Roof Welds

Check roof extrusion welds for any cracks, pin holes or ingress points

Apply sealant as needed

Step 5 of 8

Inspecting Roof and front wall rivets

Check all roof and front wall rivets, any that are proud showing seal below or show likely water ingress

Apply sealant as needed

Step 6 of 8

Inspecting Front roof vent

Check front wall vent for any loose or damaged clips

Secure back in place as needed

Replacement parts:

  1. Plastic clip: PRT-006813-07

  2. Rubber flap: PRT-006813-03
