

Before waterproofing and installing your M2 canopy or hardlid you need to slightly adjust the wellside
Loosen each of the bolts that fasten the wellside to the chassis and shift the wellside as far back as possible
Fasten the wellside back to the chassis
Apply masking tape to sides of vehicle
Loosen all 5 side trim bolts by hand then fully remove.
Using pry tool remove side trim
Repeat process for opposite side of vehicle
Remove front trim bolts then remove front trim from vehicle
Cut the silicone nozzle as shown.
Generously apply silicone around the top of the wellside ensuring you are applying it around the outside of the holes.
Continue applying sillicone around the wellside like so.
It is important that the height of the sillicone applied is around 15mm.
Apply sillicone into the gap between the front and side of the wellside.
Complete this on both sides.
Reinstall the front trim.
Apply more sillicone over each end of the front trim.
Reinstall the side trims to the wellside.
Apply sillicone into the gap between the front and side trims.
Clean up any excess.
Fill small gap at the bottom of the 5 square entry points then
Fill around edges and smooth over
Fasten side trim back into position
Remove any remaining silicone from trim edges using Isopropyl alcohol
