LEDSTROBE-STD 

Is 6 strobe lights in these standard location

  • 2 x on the wind deflector

  • 2 x on the side of the cantilever rails 

  • 2 x at the rear of the canopy

<p>Measure 275mm from the bottom of the door. Repeat on the other side door. </p>

Place the jig on the side door lining the centre hole up with the marked measurement. Mark the centre of the jig.

Place a wooden block behind the door to keep it off the body. Drill pilot hole first.

Change the drill bit to a step drill that allows you to drill to 14mm.

Drill to 14mm.

Feed the strobe wire into the hole and align with the fold of the door. Mark the 2 screw holes.

Drill holes with a 4mm bit.

Remove the tape. Blow off any swarf.

Add the sponge gasket to the back of the LED.

Feed the wire back into the hole and line up on edge of the door.

Add the LED cover and screw in place.
