<p>Tools Required: drop down saw, scissors, flat head screwdriver, clamp, and a tape measure.</p>

<p>Grab your bottom rail and measure it to make sure it is the right length, if its too long use the drop down saw to cut it to the length you need.</p>

Turn on the notch machine.

Notch both ends of the bottom rail using the foot pedal, make sure the rail is flat and flush agaisnt the back stop before notching, or the rail will bent.

Bring the rail over to the table and clamp it to the bar.

Using the flat head screw driver, open the fins slighty on both ends.

Spray the rail with 'Isopar G' lubricant.

Get the bottom rubber and slide in the longer end first, then the shorter end.

Using one hand push the rubber along the rail, your other hand should be keeping the end level and steady, continue until the rubber comes out the other end.

<p>Double check that the rubber is an even length on the other side, making sure that it is the correct length. The rubber should be the same length as the bottom rail.</p>

Using the scissors, cut the rubber.

<p>Unclamp the bottom rail and put it on the rack. Make sure to put it in the correct length section.</p>
