Start by creating a new program.
Launch the touch profile function within the program.
Define the material and tools for bending. Touch the material name to select from the list.
Adjust the default thickness if necessary. Choose the punch by touching and browsing through available tools.
Begin drawing the part on the screen, creating segments with each touch.
Precisely define the length and angle for each segment. Adjust segment length by touching its center. Use the same process for other segments' lengths. Define angles by touching, noting the minus sign for direction.
Define the bending order on the corresponding page. Review a small drawing at the bottom to visualize the bends. Adjust the bending order as needed.
Switch to a page displaying the part before and after each bend. Adjust gauging type and position if necessary using icons.
For each sequence, define the bending width by pressing. Enter the width of your part.
Adjust additional parameters for each sequence, such as back gauge retraction, dwell time, crowning, etc.
The part is now completely programmed and ready for bending.
To execute the program, return to the first step and press the start button.
Wait for the machine to be ready (OK button), then press the foot pedal to execute the first bend.
If planning to reuse the part program, save it under a chosen number.
