<p><strong>What is the function of this panel?</strong></p><p>The Safe Access Panel manages access compliance, monitors sub station presence, busbar temperature, switchgear humidity and alarms when there are environmental conditions that are likely to result in the development of Partial Discharge which is a pre conditions that can lead to electrical flashover.</p>
