If you already have the One Lock hub skip to step 4

To manage locks onsite you will need to download One Lock Hub App

Customer code will be specific to your company. This will be given to you by Keep It Simple Storage, or your manager.

This login will be created from Keep It Simple Storage team or your management team.

This is the home screen to manage locks

• At the top, choose the location of where you want to add or control locks
• +Create Bundle is how you will assign a lock to a specific unit at the location selected
• Register a Lock is how you add a lock to your database at selected Location
• Get Unit Info is how to operate a lock if needed.

Follow the steps to Create a bundle (Assing the lock to a specific Unit)

• Make sure you have the correct location selected
• Tap +Create Bundle
• Scan the Lock
• Touch phone to Lock
• Add Unit Number
• Click Create Bundle

Deleting a Bundle can be done from the App

• Select bundles from the home screen located in the middle bottom
• Find the unit you want to remove a lock from. Remove the lock from the unit first
• Click Delete Bundle
• This lock is still in the database at the location it was registered to, just no longer assigned to a unit.

Accessing the Admin Portal

• Access the admin portal by clicking this Link
• Login using the same credentials to login to the ONELock Hub app
• On the left you can select the Locks tab (Only Administrators can see the Lock Database)
• From here you are able to change Location & unit number
