Turn/Flip The Cartons:

  • Turn approx half the cartons in each bundle around.
  • Flip the top carton of the bundle over so it faces bottom up.

Note: Only bundles the will be placed on the top layer of the pallet need the top carton flipped over.

Stack Bundles on Pallet:

Place the bundles of cartons neatly on the pallet.

Remember to use good manual handling techniques for this process.

Attach Pallet Flag:

When the first layer is complete, wrap the top row of cartons with tape.

Attach the pallet flag by placing it under the tape.

Note: The pallet flag must be attached facing the side of the pallet entered by the forklift.

Shrink Wrap the Pallet:

Attach Shrink Wrap to pallet, press the run turntable button then press the wrapper head 'up' button.

Finish off Pallet:

Press wrapper head down button. When wrap is within reach, press the 'Stop' button, tear the wrap and press the wrap head down button.
