From the LinkSafe dashboard, navigate to the 'Site' tab then select 'Register' from the drop menu.

In the 'Site Register' window, click on the 'Site Name' button. Click in the 'Site' text field and select the relevant site from the drop list; click on the 'Apply' button.

Click on the 'Status' button then select 'Signed In' from the drop list; click on 'Apply' button.

Click on the 'Date Range' button then enter required dates from date picker; click on 'Apply' button. The current visitors and contractors will be displayed on the screen.

To extract a copy of the list, click on the purple 'Evacuation Sheet' button. A PDF version of the list will be created.
