Lock out bale until pulsation is repaired.

Check whether pulsator is functioning: With plant in milking mode remove the two pulsation lines from the rear of the case and feel for correct pulsation.

If pulsator is malfunctioning lock out bail and inform your manager. If pulsator is functioning continue to next step.

Remove any build up found in filters.

Look and listen for leaks in pulsation line and replace if nessessary.

Remove dual pulsation line from platform skirt and blow out blockages with compressed air.

<p>Carefully examine the cluster for leaks, inspect seals and rubberware for tears, replace any loose tubing, and ensure that liners are properly seated without any leaks.</p>
<p>Refer to cluster knowby to ensure cluster is properly assembled.</p>
