250 ML Maintenance Changeover Involvo

On the involvo, maintenance is required to remove change parts

When changing over the involvo to 250ml, maintenance are required to remove certain change parts.

17 A & 17 B

A & B are on Opposite sides

Second pressing station.

Maintenance is required to remove quick release brackets, by undoing 4 x bolts using an allen key

Step 2 of 5

Change parts are located at the change part trolley

(Ask Operator for change parts if needed)

Using an allen key screw 4 x bolts into station

17 A & 17 B

Are on Opposite sides

First pressing station.

Maintenance is required to remove quick release brackets, by undoing 4 x bolts using an allen key

Change parts are located at the change part trolley

(Ask Operator for change parts if needed)

Using an allen key screw 4 x bolts into station

On completion of 250Ml run

Maintenance is required to add the quick release brackets back in using the allen key
