Flick the gas lever forward.

Pull up the lever. Then press the button up on the underside of the lever and twist until the whole tapping head comes free.

Take the plastic cover off the new keg.

Roll the new keg into place.

Slide the tapping head into place and push the lever down to crack the keg.

Flick the lever back to its original position.

Pour your next beer.
