The tower where the issue is will be the last one in alignment. The towers beyond it will be ahead of it in the direction the pivot is going.

Check the tower to see if it’s stuck or got a flat tyre.

The other possibility will be broken drive shaft couplings or the gearbox.

Get electrician to replace gearbox. Check panel for coupling replacement Knowby QR.

If the tire is flat check panel for replacing a flat tyre Knowby QR.

Once the tire is replaced or the coupling / gearbox you can now realign the pivot.

If it is stuck still try to realign it and see if it will walk out on its own.

Set panel in reverse and turn the pump off.

Now hold the start button in for three seconds only.

Release the start button and repeat as many times as required until when you release it the pivot walks on its own. ( you have bought the towers past the stuck one back into alignment so the pivot will operate automatically)

At this point the stuck wheel should walk in reverse as well.

If it goes out of alignment going in this new direction turn the pivot off and consult the manager.

If it walks out on its own stop the pivot fill the rut if needed and then start the pivot again going in the forward direction.
