Fronius 320i alum. Mig Settings:

*Amperages change depending on weld edge prep Frequency- 1.0hz Duty Cycle- 50%

Set amperage to 2.0mm material thickness.

With one hand manipulate part so it has consistent edge prep. Tack part on very outer edge.

Weld from outside-in

Step 5 of 10

Flip part over, and anticipate weld direction shown.

Step 6 of 10

Set material thickness to 3.2mm

Step 7 of 10

Complete weld run
