The first thing you want to do to clean a toilet is vacuum. Vacuum on top of the tank and around the toilet.
Unclip the seat to get around the connectors to vacuum it.
Make sure you're safe by turning on your fan and opening any Windows anytime you're working with bleach. When you get a little bit of bleach mixed in with some urine there's no way around creating chloramine gas.
Now mix up a batch of water bleach and tide and use it to scrub the tank, the walls and the knobs.
Use a paper towel to thoroughly dry everything off and continue cleaning the rest of the outside of the toilet. Leave the seat to the end so you don't spread germs everywhere.
Before reattaching the seat, give it a good cleaning along with the lid.
This toilet has a pretty serious hard water line and it's known that bleach isn't going to work to take away the calcium and the hard water buildup. Use specialised cleaners such as Bar Keeper's Friend and start wiping the surface with the brush.
Once you're done scrubbing, use a glass cleaner such as Windex and a soft cloth or paper towel to make your toilet shiny.
