Open Optiweigh app and ensure the app is up to date, 3.4.0 or newer.

Click on 'Unit Maintenance'. Click on connect to 'Optiweigh Wi-Fi network'.

Connect to your unit's Wi-Fi.

In this case serial number is 1264 so the Wi-Fi will display as Optiweigh1264. Wait for the blue tick. Ensure you allow 'Local Networks' if asked.

Go out of Wi-Fi and go into 'Mobile Data. ENSURE you've got your mobile data off.

Go back to your App and your Optiweigh should display in the light blue box above 'Check Unit'

Scroll down and click on update unit. To double check you have the correct update, Click on 'View Updates' and it should be 2025.02.17 or newer.

Click on update now. Your power light should start flashing orange and then the unit should turn off and on and you'll hear a beep as it restarts.

Once the Optiweigh Unit has restarted the update has been successfully installed. The app will continue to spin but as long as you have heard the Optiweigh Control Box restart the update has been succesfull.
