Invitations expire after 48 hours. Here's how to quickly resend or remove them.

Open Settings (gear icon in the top right corner) and select Manage Users.

💡 Only Admins and Organisation Owners can manage users.

Go to Pending Invites. Each invited user will have one of two statuses:

  • 🔵 Pending – invitation sent, waiting for the user to accept

  • 🔴 Expired – invitation link has expired after 48 hours

To manage an expired invitation, click the red info button next to the user's name. You can choose to:

  • Resend – send a new invitation

  • Delete – remove the user's record from the organisation entirely

If you click Resend, you can edit the user's details if needed, then click Send in the top right.

The status will update back to Pending with a blue label.

If you click Delete, the user's record is removed immediately.

If they try to use the old invitation link, they'll see an error and won't be able to join the organisation.
