To overview invitations, access the "Manage Users" screen. To do this, navigate to Settings by selecting the “cog” icon located in the upper right corner of the screen. Note: only Admins or Organization Owners have the authority to manage users.

Click "Manage Users" to view all your organization's users. Invited users can have only two statuses: "Pending Invitation" with a blue icon or "Invitation Expired" with a red icon. The invite expires after 48 hours.

To access a user's invitation, click the icon beside their name. In this instance, the red icon of the expired invitation is clicked. In the popup window, you can opt to either remove the user’s invitation (and this user record will be deleted from organization) or resend it.

Clicking "Resend" will lead you to a screen where you can edit the data (if entered incorrectly). Then, simply click "Send" at the top right of the screen to send the invitation.

After resubmitting the invitation, on the Manage Users screen, next to the user, you will see a blue icon and the status will be "Pending Acceptance of Invite."
