Using iFrames, you can embed a public knowby straight into your website. To get the embed code, click the three-dot menu, go to Knowby Details, and select Embed Code.

Keep in mind your knowby needs to be Public (Anyone on the web) before you can copy the code. Otherwise you'll see the message Embed code requires Public access.

An embed code is only available for public knowbys. If your knowby is already published with a different access level, unpublish it first.

Open Knowby Details, click Unpublish and confirm. The knowby goes back to Draft and appears in My drafts.

Now publish it again as public. Open the three-dot menu and click Publish.

In the Access step, select Public (Anyone on the web) and click OK in the pop-up to confirm. Click Next, then Publish.

The knowby card shows Processing... until it's live.

Once it's public, go to Knowby Details, click Embed Code, and select Copy in the top right corner — or select the code manually and press Ctrl/Cmd + C. 💡

Paste the code into your website or intranet page where you want the knowby to appear.
