Knowby supports event-based integrations through the Event Subscription system.

To get started: Go to SettingsOrganisation settingsEvent subscriptions.

Click Add to create a new subscription. There are two types of events available:

  • When a knowby is completed;

  • When a feedback is sent.

Then choose how you’d like to receive an event: via email or webhook.

To activate the subscription:

  • Fill in all required fields;

  • Tick the “Enabled” checkbox;

  • Test the event to make sure it works;

  • Then click Save.

In the list of created subscriptions, you can:

  • View Event history – a log of all sent data;

  • Edit the subscription;

  • Disable it temporarily;

  • Or delete it if no longer needed.
