Knowby supports event-based integrations through the Event Subscription system.
To get started: Go to Settings → Organisation settings → Event subscriptions.

Click Add to create a new subscription. There are two types of events available:
When a knowby is completed;
When a feedback is sent.
Then choose how you’d like to receive an event: via email or webhook.
To activate the subscription:
Fill in all required fields;
Tick the “Enabled” checkbox;
Test the event to make sure it works;
Then click Save.

In the list of created subscriptions, you can:
View Event history – a log of all sent data;
Edit the subscription;
Disable it temporarily;
Or delete it if no longer needed.
