Requirements

Equipment

• Wall Panel Tool

PPE

• Steel Cap Boots

• Hi-Vis Vest

Check Track Setup

Ensure the operations supervisor has set up the track correctly.

Raise Folding Section Extension Seals

Using the wall panel tool, raise the folding section extension seals.

Loosen Folding Section

Loosen the folding section extension pieces and raise the extension seal to separate the end wall pieces.

Open Flaps

Open the flaps on the extension section and lock them in place

Raise End Extension Seal

Raise the extension seal on the end piece

Store End Piece

Pull the end piece out of the wall cavity and slide it along the track and into storage

Store Folding and Extension Section Pieces

Slide the next folding section piece into storage along with the first extension section piece

Store Second Extension Section Piece

Raise the extension seal on the extension section piece then slide it along the track into storage

Raise First Door Extension Seals

Raise the three door extension seals.

They are on the:

1. Hinge Side Door Frame

2. Door

3. Latch Side Door Frame

Store First Door

Slide the first door along the rails and store it

Pro Tip: Raising Wall Piece Extension Seals

Use the wall panel tool as a lever on the side of normal wall pieces to raise the extension seals.

Pro Tip: Lowering and Raising Extension Seal

Lower the extension seal by moving the bar to the top.

Raise the extension seal by moving the bar to the bottom.

Remove Wall Pieces

Remove each wall piece by raising the extension seals, sliding them along the track and storing them

Remove Second Door

Raise the extension seals on the second door, slide and store it

Remove to End Piece

Remove all the pieces up to the end piece

Remove End Piece

Raise the extension seal, pull the end piece from the wall (this may take some effort), slide it along the track and store it.
