How to replace a Gearforce Tub Platform Side Member

Step 1 of 6

Remove the R-clips.

Step 2 of 6

Remove the hinge pin on each side.

Step 3 of 6

Remove the tub platform off the vehicle.

Step 4 of 6

Undo the cross bars and front and rear rails using a 6mm Allen Key.

Caution, undo the bolts using a hand tool, not an impact driver to prevent cross threading the bolts.

Step 5 of 6

Install the new side member.

Step 6 of 6

Lift the tub platform into place, secure this with the hinge pin and re-install the R-Clip.
