


Secure the fuel filler neck to the infill studs using 2 SS nyloc nuts.

Insert the plastic bung into the breather port to seal it.

Secure the rear axle breather to the moulded fuel hose using this retainer.

Position the rear axle breather and fuel tank vent shepherds' hooks as shown before fitting the front infill.
CQC: Ensure each shepherd's hook is facing downward.

Secure both breather lines to the front chassis mount using cable ties as shown.
CQC: Ensure each shepherd's hook is facing downward.

Protect the main fuel line from rubbing against the chassis using an external sheath.

Install the front infill using 2 SS M6x25 hex bolts.
CQC: Use a spring washer and flat washer with each bolt.

Secure the moulded fuel hose to the fuel neck using an 8mm hose clamp.
CQC: Pull/twist test the hose to ensure this is tight.

CQC's:
Ensure there is at least 3 degrees continuous fall from the fuel neck to the fuel tank.
Ensure there are no kinks or dips in the pipe.
Ensure the piping is not near or touching any sharp edges or protruding fasteners.
Ensure the fuel system is away from any hot surfaces or exhaust components.
