<p>Secure the rear axle breather to the moulded fuel hose using this retainer.</p>

<p>Position the rear axle breather and fuel tank vent shepherds' hooks as shown before fitting the front infill.</p><blockquote><p><strong>CQC: Ensure each shepherd's hook is facing downward.</strong></p></blockquote><p></p>

<p>Install the front infill using 2 SS M6x25 hex bolts.</p><blockquote><p><strong>CQC: Use a spring washer and flat washer with each bolt.</strong></p></blockquote><p></p>

<p>Secure the moulded fuel hose to the fuel neck using an 8mm hose clamp.</p><blockquote><p><strong>CQC: Pull/twist test the hose to ensure this is tight.</strong></p></blockquote><p></p>

<blockquote><p><strong>CQC's:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Ensure there is at least 3 degrees continuous fall from the fuel neck to the fuel tank.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Ensure there are no kinks or dips in the pipe.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Ensure the piping is not near or touching any sharp edges or protruding fasteners.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Ensure the fuel system is away from any hot surfaces or exhaust components.</strong></p></li></ul></blockquote><p></p>

CQC's:

  • Ensure there is at least 3 degrees continuous fall from the fuel neck to the fuel tank.

  • Ensure there are no kinks or dips in the pipe.

  • Ensure the piping is not near or touching any sharp edges or protruding fasteners.

  • Ensure the fuel system is away from any hot surfaces or exhaust components.
