Effortlessly share your Knowby content with the public using the app. Boost collaboration and information dissemination by easily making your knowbys accessible to a wider audience.
From the Knowbys screen, select the ellipses icon of the knowby that you wish to make public, so it can be shared with anyone on the internet.
Select 'Knowby Details' from the pop-up menu.
Select 'Edit' to edit the knowby.
In the Edit Screen, scroll down below the cover image and enable the 'Public' slider button.
At the prompt asking if you would like to 'Make this knowby public' select 'Yes'.
Enter a comment for the new version that will be created, select 'done'. Select 'Publish', the knowby will process and save. You have now successfully made the knowby public.
To share the knowby, from the Knowbys screen, select the ellipses icon on the knowby that you made public in the previous steps.
To share a public link, select 'Share Link, then select 'Anyone on the web (the public)'. Your device's sharing tray will be opened so you can share the link as required.
To share a public QR Code, select 'Share QR Code, then select 'Anyone on the web (the public)'. Select the share icon in the top right had corner of the screen to open your device's sharing tray so you can share the QR Code as required.
