<p>To remove the ply, first slide this toward the centre of the body to this loosens out of the groove. </p><p>Note, this will be glued down to each cross member so this may need to be cut or broken before the ply can be removed.</p>

<p>Install side ply foam inside the full length of the U-channel shown (red).</p>

<p>Apply sealant along the full length of the top of each cross member.</p><p></p>
