Navigate to 1:1's under the Development tab with in Employment Hero

Select Create 1:1, then fill out the fields setting up Who the meeting is with, the title, date, time and repeating cycle. (Note monthly cycle is recomended.)

Select "Use a Template", Select the 1:1 option from drop down and then select Append.

Add any specific talking points you would like to cover for this 1:1 in the top talking points box (If you don't want to add any talking points other than the default inclusions in the template remove by clicking the cross on the right hand side) Then select Send email invite
