Look for CRACKS, OIL LEAKS or LOOSE BOLTS.
If any components are loose, missing, damaged, have broken torque seals, show signs of movement or contain cracks:

NOTE: Where a locker has been placed in front of the weld, it may be only possible to inspect the exposed section.
DO NOT OPERATE PERU. TAG OUT THE EQUIPMENT AND REPORT THE ISSUE TO YOUR SUPERVISOR

Clean rags to remove dirt, grease or contaminants from inspection areas
