<p><strong>Inspection Principles:</strong></p><p>Look for CRACKS, OIL LEAKS or LOOSE BOLTS.</p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">If any components are loose, missing, damaged, have broken torque seals, show signs of movement or contain cracks:&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">If any components are loose, missing, damaged, have broken torque seals, show signs of movement or contain cracks:&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 24px; line-height: 1.4;"><strong>NOTE: </strong>Where a locker has been placed in front of the weld, it may be only possible to inspect the exposed section.</span></p><p></p><p><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>DO NOT OPERATE PERU. TAG OUT THE EQUIPMENT AND REPORT THE ISSUE TO YOUR SUPERVISOR</strong></span></p>

Inspection Principles:
