How to tighten the seal compression on a Ford Ranger canopy:

Loosen the lock striker bolt slightly. Tap the lock strike as far in as it can go before retightening fully.

This can be brought back out incrementally to make it easier for the doors to latch as these are slammed closed.

Complete this on all three doors.

How to seal the corners of the doors on a Ford Ranger canopy.

Using a sealer gun, apply black silicone sealer between the weld beads to seal this against water ingress. Complete this in the front and the left-hand and right-hand side corners of both side doors.

Leave for 5 hours before water testing.

(For an easier to do proof of concept, masking tape can be used to seal this area.)

How to seal along the top of the rear latch on the Centurion canopy:

Remove the lock cover by undoing the six bolts holding this in place, then seal along the top of the handle with black sealer. (Shown in the next image)

Note: Undo these bolts using a hand Allen key to break the Loctite and prevent the thread nuts from spinning.

Seal along the top of the rear handle assembly.

The canopy is now ready to be water tested.
