Change the assigned Editor of a knowby

Step 1 of 2This is an Admin feature that lets you transfer a knowby to another team member. You can change the editor on both Draft and Published knowbys.
Click the three-dot menu → Knowby Details → Change Editor. Your name is pre-selected as the current editor.

Step 2 of 2Select a colleague from the list – they must have an Admin role or be a Member with Approval rights. The Change Editor field will update with their name.
They'll get a notification that they're now the editor of this knowby. The draft will disappear from your My Drafts section.
