This knowby guides you through the process of transferring editorship of a knowby draft. Our new Admin feature allows you to change the editor, making another team member the new owner of a draft.
If you wish to transfer editing rights to another user, navigate to the Workspace tab where your drafts reside.
Click on the three dots menu of your draft, then select "Knowby Details," and proceed to the "Change Editor" screen. It's important to note that your user is pre-selected by default since you're the current editor of your own draft.
Now, select your colleague from the list (it can be a user with admin or editor role). See how the Change Editor field has a new username. The system will notify a selected user that he is a new editor of that knowby and you will no longer see it in "My Drafts" section.
