Torque Values
Fit the first ply sheet at the front of the well side, in the position shown by the arrows.
Fit the second ply sheet at the bottom of the well side, where the arrows show.
Fit the front corner bracket from the canopy fitting kit. Do this before fitting the rest of the ply.
Fit the rear corner bracket from the canopy fitting kit. Do this before fitting the rest of the ply.
Apply tape prep to the well side where the tape will go, as shown in the video.
Tape the edge of the side piece as shown
Lift the side piece up and fit it into the wellside, as shown in the video.
Fit the ply against the wellside and press it firmly so the tape sticks.
Remove the screws from the location shown in the video.
To access the wheel arch, remove the screw shown and take out the board.
Fit the wedge under the front-right corner of the ply floor so it sits firm.
Fix the plywood side panel to the ply floor with screws, as shown.
Fix the side piece to the front of the wellside with screws, as shown.
Refit the ply board over the wheel arch.
Screw the ply back
Screw the ply back
Fit the tailgate ply. Start with the top 2 screws so the panel stays in line.
Test that the tailgate can still shut.
Screw the bottom holes down.
Drill a pilot hole for the top middle hole and then screw it to the tailgate.
