Check oil. Make sure bike is vertical first

Check fuel and fuel tap is on not on reserve.

Check tyres are firm

Check chain, it needs about 2 fingers movement. NOT more than that.

Check wheel bearing by moving wheels side to side. The wheel shouldn’t be wobbly

Check front brakes

Check back brakes

Check lights are working. Sometimes these won’t go until the engine is running.
