Step 1 of 12

First, in order to know when your device needs toner, there'll be a clear indicator at the bottom in the middle of the screen here.

2
Step 2 of 12

After that, we'll go ahead and drop down and open up the panel, the front door.

3
Step 3 of 12

In here you notice how the two doors popped open. This indicates which toners need to be replaced so you don't accidentally install toner that the machine doesn't need.

4
Step 4 of 12

You'll take the black toner bottle and it'll be new out of the package. As the sticker says here, you want to shake it up and down nine to ten times.

5
Step 5 of 12

We do this to agitate the toner in case it's been in storage for a long time to avoid any toner lumps forming inside the bottle so we don't have issues with coffee quality.

6
Step 6 of 12

You slide the toner into the machine and you'll notice that each one is going to be differently keyed so you can't put a black in a sign.

7
Step 7 of 12
It just won't go. So you go ahead and put the black in the black. It slides in nice and easy.
8
Step 8 of 12
Go ahead and flip that door open and close. There we go. We repeat the procedure again for the sign in.
9
Step 9 of 12
Fresh out of the box. Shake it up nine to ten times. Find your key slots and then you slide it on in into the machine.
10
Step 10 of 12
Close the door and then close your front door.
11
Step 11 of 12
At this point here is a good time where you can go ahead and discard the empty bottles. You just go down to the local landfill and when you need to order more toner, go ahead and call the number here on the sticker.
12
Step 12 of 12

Provide your machine ID number and our folks will take care of you. Thank you.
