

Take the nut retaining bracket and lign up the inboard hole with the factory hole on the front of the wellside, then match drill an 8mm hole for the top bolt .
Hold the mounting rail in place, flush with the top of the wellside and match drill the front 2 holes in the center of the slot.
fix these using M8 x 25 button heads and Nyloc nuts with a washer on the slotted side.
Drill the rear 2 holes at the bottom of the slot and fix with M8 x 25 button heads and Nyloc bolt with a wash on the slotted side.
Ensure the front of the mounting rail is parallel to the wellside, and match drill a 6mm hole towards the cab, ensuring you place something behind to protect the cab.
loosely fix this in place using a M6 x 30 button top.
You can now tighten the mounting rail bolts.
the rear bolts may need be loosened to adjust the tension on the rear of the hard lid.
Repeat the process on the other side.
Seal along the front of the wellside and down the sides taking note of where the hard lid finishes.
Apply plastic cover to prevent wiring rubbing cab
Place the hard lid on the wellside by lining up the 6 M6 clinch studs with the holes in the mounting rails.
Fix the hard lid down with M6 Nyloc nuts and washers, ensuring to apply anti seize.
Fold the rear section of the hard lid over and fit the gas struts.
Close the lid and adjust the mounting rails as necessary by loosening the rear M8 bolts and moving the rail to the needed position.
Using M6 x 20 countersunk bolts line up the nut retaining bracket.
These can now be tightened along with the frontward facing bolt fitted earlier.
Plug the hard lid harness and vehicle harness in.
Test your central locking and lighting
If latches do not open together please they will need adjusting please follow
