Follow the instructions for the correct startup procedure

Press the "CNTRL PWR" button, it will light up
Turn on the main power switch of the controller
Switch Welder power source to "ON
Open the air valve
Note: The air compressor must be on and the system loaded with more than 90 PSI
Turn on, to power the water cooler
Open gas bottle
Startup is complete
