9.2 Decisions deliberately not revisited in v1

Recorded so they are not reopened during development:


  • Self-approval is allowed — an author placed in a stage of their own knowby may approve it (pending the open question in Section 3.3).

  • The same person in two stages must approve twice — the context differs at each stage, so no automatic pass-through.

  • Duplicating a knowby produces a clean draft — a run is never copied.

  • Schedules do not interact with approvals — final approval publishes immediately, as today.

  • Rejection burns earlier approvals — they are kept as superseded history, not carried forward.
