<p>Snap off joining carcass connectors, insert these into location point between each module and press into place</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Some pressure will be required to keep these in place</p></li></ul><p></p>

<p>If power is present in configuration run this through all modules where applicable</p><p></p><p>Elsafe - Pip2 as standard</p><ul><li><p>1x GPO </p></li><li><p>1x TUF-R USB A-C</p></li></ul><p></p>

<p>If arms / side tables are present fit these using pre allocated holes in carcass</p><p></p><ul><li><p>4x M6 14 cap screw</p></li><li><p>4x Large flat washer</p></li></ul><p>*Arms located nearest backrest - Marked RED</p><p>*Tables located nearest front of carcass - Marked YELLOW</p><blockquote><p>Arrow laser cut in mount dictates front of carcass</p></blockquote><p></p>

If arms / side tables are present fit these using pre allocated holes in carcass

  • 4x M6 14 cap screw

  • 4x Large flat washer

*Arms located nearest backrest - Marked RED

*Tables located nearest front of carcass - Marked YELLOW

Arrow laser cut in mount dictates front of carcass

<p>If steel ends are required fit these now using locations present on all spines</p><p></p><ul><li><p>x4-6 Black cup head bolts</p></li><li><p>x4-6 Large flat washers</p></li><li><p>x4-6 M6 Nuts</p></li></ul><blockquote><p>x4-6 depends if its single sided (4) or double sided (6) units</p></blockquote><p></p>

If steel ends are required fit these now using locations present on all spines

  • x4-6 Black cup head bolts

  • x4-6 Large flat washers

  • x4-6 M6 Nuts

<p>Once all units are in place with arms - tables attached, place all backrests onto carcasses </p>

<p>Attach seat pads to carcasses using the fast mount connectors pre fitted.</p><p></p><ul><li><p>To prevent access, fit hardware to under side of seat pad.</p></li></ul><blockquote><p><strong><em>DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN</em></strong></p></blockquote><ul><li><p>1x M6 40mm Cap screw</p></li><li><p>1x Large flat washer</p></li></ul><p></p>

Attach seat pads to carcasses using the fast mount connectors pre fitted.

  • To prevent access, fit hardware to under side of seat pad.

DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN

  • 1x M6 40mm Cap screw

  • 1x Large flat washer
