Loader Must Complete All Steps Before Truck Departs

🚫 Important: The loader’s checklist and signature must be completed before the truck departs the site or curtains are pulled.

This ensures the vehicle is not released until all safety and compliance steps are finalised.

Early departure or non-compliance may constitute a breach of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) duties under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) and Opal site rules.

Compliance Monitoring in Effect

⚠️ All truck loading and restraint activities are recorded via CCTV for compliance auditing purposes.

Footage may be reviewed to verify correct load restraint procedures have been followed.
