Pick out door ready for inspection.

Look for any scratches or welding splatter

Flip over & thoroughly inspect outer surfaces.

Check for any scratches or grinding marks missed during processing

Check corners for defects, gouges, pinholes, dents, grinding marks

Inspect body as it is hanging so that it is raised and easier to spot defects; if defects are found, see if they can be reworked while canopy is hanging, or ask for a second lifter to help take down canopy for extensive rework.

Once checked over, allow for flight rack to be lifted onto conveyor for powder coating.

Make sure that L&R quantity is correct and lock covers are numbered according to priority.

*CQC Mare sure stickers are peeled of from parts (tailgate cap, lock covers, fitting brackets)
