iControl User Guide
The iControl dashboard lets you manage all your imei services and easily request changes to any service directly through the portal. This user guide will run you through the steps to manage your services.

Search

Search Service allows you to search for an active service via:

  • Username

  • Mobile number

  • SIM number

Service Details

You can review the user’s details and see what network access is enabled for them.

Service Information

If the service is cancelled, the deactivation date will be displayed.

Details include the plan type, data allowance, and SIM card information.

Actions

Suspend/Deactivate Service

To suspend or cancel a service, submit your request under Actions.

Update User Details

Here, you can update usernames and end user email addresses for custom fields, add additional recipients to the case, and set a future date for the changes to take effect.

After submitting, you’ll see the case number and receive an automated confirmation email with it.

You’ll get another email once the request is completed.

You can also check Pending Requests for updates.

Add/Remove Roaming

Select from available plans and packs to activate.

Pass Type shows included features.

Check eligible countries to confirm coverage.

Update provisioning dates for activation.

Note: Choosing a future date creates two cases, activation and later deactivation, with email notifications for each.

Other Request

If your request doesn’t fit the listed categories, use Other Request to provide details. This links to the service and creates a record of the change.

Plans & Packs

This provides an overview of all plans and packs provisioned for the service, including the subscription name, type, and any add-ons like IDD packs or roaming passes.

Custom Fields

This lets you track extra information related to the service, such as the end user’s email address and cost center or business unit details.

History

All changes to access, cases, services, and network history submitted through iControl are displayed here and also feed into our Intelligence Dashboard reporting.

Device Details

If the device was purchased through imei, its purchase date, age, and warranty status will be displayed.

This is where you manage and update how reports are allocated within the imei Expense Manager solution.
