Torque Values
Using the third hole from the arrow, fit the channel nut and M8x25 Hex HD bolt with an M8 Flat washer and an M8 Spring washer
Fit the low-profile bar to the channel nuts and tighten.
Lift the drawer into the wellside of the ute.
Ensure not to damage any of the ute.
Measure each side to centre the rear.
Measure each side to centre the front.
Use the inside hole on each side to drill through.
Drill through, ensure there is nothing below to hit.
Ensure to clean up the swarf after drilling
Use soft seal over the hole drilled.
Tighten using:
2x M8x40 Hex HD Bolts
2x Flat Washers (for on top)
2x Penny Washers (for the bottom)
2x Nylocs
Drill through, ensure there is nothing below to hit.
