How to use the Daata Logger to read the 20 ton load cell.

So using the 24 volt power supply comes with the take off the little dust bung and plug on the barrel connector.

The barrel connector is plugged in, the sensor is hardwired into channel one.

This is the reference sensor. 20T capacity.

See it's boot up sequence after turning on the wall and using the key switch to turn it on.

And you have a load cell to read on channel one.

Channel 1 reads out in kgs. The load cell capacity is 20 tonnes.

Pressing the Enter key on the dad logger sees the raw milliamps reading show below the kg load value.

To turn it off:

1. Switch the key off.

2. Wait until the screen goes blank on the data logger.

Replace the dust cover on the power socket

Make sure the load cell is put back in its protection case.
